About Direct Impact Drama

Direct Impact Drama is a Drama workshop/ Corporate role-play company run by Steve Hazlehurst and Mark Bell. Steve and Mark are both Drama Practitioners with several years experience within the industry, and also teach Drama at Liverpool Community College.

Direct Impact run a series of drama workshops throughout schools, colleges, and Youth Organisations within Merseyside.

Steve and Mark are both trained professional actors and both hold CRB certificates.

As drama teachers their work initially focused on devising and facilitating workshops in schools and colleges. Subsequently they moved into the area of Corporate role-playing when they began working with legal associations and the Fire Service. Assignments generally involved role-playing for student and employees in workshops and exam situations in order to improve and consolidate their communication skills. Latterly, Direct Impact has expanded its offering to include the supply of role-players for human resources, legal and police skills training.
